My faith, my emotion, thoughts, and the exploration of color and design inspire me.  I paint in abstraction often, depicting life’s constant changes. My art is often described as expressive, bold, colorful, with a type of hypnotic movement that inspires and even transforms.

 

I am a bold colorist; my language is color and I use it to translate my feelings. I work very quickly and intuitively reacting to every stroke as if the canvas is speaking to me directly. 

 

I paint layer after layer exposing what is underneath to create portals of light and mystery. I paint mostly with brushes, but have a stockpile of tools at my disposal. I love texture and find ways to create unusual surfaces.
