Virtual paint party services are non-refundable. If you must cancel your party, please cancel no later than 2 days prior to your event to receive a full refund. Please note that if you pay for your group in full and a member of your group registers but are unable to participate no refunds will be given out. Payments are for the expected number of people in your party. Payments are expected no later than 3 days of your event. If payments are not received, you forfeit your booked date.
